• Ask your vendors to reduce the amount of packaging (pallets, cardboard, plastic shrink wrap, metal bands) delivered to the job site.
• Ask your vendors to take non-recyclable packaging back for reuse.

• Separate and recycle cardboard.
  
• Separate and recycle plastic, including PVC if possible.
• Separate and recycle metals and wire.
• Make sure recycling bin and waste bin are clearly labelled.
• Measure carefully to avoid end cuts.
• Store materials so they are not damaged.
