• Concrete and concrete block: crush and grade for use as riprap (river bank protection), aggregate, sub-base material or fill.
  
• Brick: reuse whole bricks and crush broken bricks for use as landscape over, sub-base material or fill.
  
• Asphalt material: sort by type for milling and recycling.
  
• Sell the whole building or dismantle and sell individual parts.
  
• Store materials so that they are not damaged or discoloured.
